At the individual level, we train and coach people on how to develop, reality-test, and execute on real-world partnering and negotiation strategies.
At the team level, we facilitate cross-functional alignment on both strategy and execution.
At the organizational level, we help establish processes to support and sustain good practice, evaluate progress and manage potential bumps in the road.

Deal strategy, scenario planning and negotiation coaching for BD, sales, market access, legal, and finance teams
Facilitation of leadership team discussions on partnership and alliance strategy
Design and delivery of skill-building workshops for client-facing professionals on deal-making and client relationship management (e.g., fee and scope issues)
Facilitation of working sessions with teams from two different organizations (e.g, service provider and client, or two alliance partners) to diagnose relationship challenges and agree ways forward
